THIS IS THE ONLY STEAM MOP I HAVE EVER USE. IT PERFORM VERY POORLY BELOW EXPECTATION. THIS STUFF JUST HELP WET THE FLOOR AND NOTHING ELSE. I TRY IT ON A SECTION OF MY WOOD, MABLE AND TILE FLOORS. IT DOES NOT DO THE JOB. I THINK IF ONE WANTS TO KILL BACTERIAL ON THE FLOOR IT MAY BE GOOD IF ONLY THE STEAM IS HOT ENOUGH TO KILL THE BUGS. STICK WITH YOUR OLD FASHION MOPS. WILL NOT RECOMMENT WILL NOT BUY ANY STEAM MOP NO MATTER HOW EXPENSIVE OR CHEAP IT IS, ALL FRIENDS THAT HAVE DIFFERENT BRANDS TELL ME THEY ALL DO NOT DO THE JOB.

After less than six months and not a lot of usage, steam mop has quit working…trips GFI as soon as turned on. Would not recommend!

Did not even work out of the box.

Nothing whatsoever. Promptly sent it back to amazon for a full refund.

I have been searching for a steam mop for 6 months, it’s so hard to make a decision because there are so many types and brands to choose from and so many bad reviews. I decided on this one because I could purchase it online at [...] and return it in store if need be.

Received it today and put it to work immediately. I thought it did a great job, exactly what I expected it to do. I have wide-plank maple flooring, with little lacquer sealant and it is a natural stain. Unlike some other reviews I’ve read, I did not see any streaking and I had no damage done to my finish. I haven’t mopped since before Christmas, and I had a full house on Christmas day. I also have a dog, cat and 2 yo with a leaky sippy cup…to say the least, my floors were in need of a cleaning. The mop easily got up all the stains and gunk with no more than 3 passes on the tough spots.

I also used it on my linoleum and found it did a fine job. I have slate in my sunroom and tried it on a small exposed spot and it seemed to do fine, however I am not sure it could really penetrate all the small crevices.

My only complaint with this product is the small reservoir for water. It only takes about 200ml and that will get you through an average sized room, so you will be filling often, but it takes no more than 3 minutes for the mop to be ready to go!

I got the steam mop today, it was super easy to put together took longer to open the box. Cleaned very very well and I really put it to the test. It left alittle more water behind than expected but a good little machine for the price. Easier than the floor-mate to use and cleaned my floor just as good.
