I usually don’t leave one star reviews…..but this one deserves it. I wanted a good steam mop for the floors and I liked the fact that it could be a hand held steamer for other jobs as well……well don’t fall for it. All I got from this steamer mop was hot water pouring out over the floor. It didn’t do anything but get everything wet with really hot water. I had to use a regular mop just to clean it up after my first test with it. I tried it again after reviewing the instruction book on it and it did the same thing. I have since bought just a mop steamer that doesn’t do anything but floors and it works great……..it pours out the steam and the floor dries within a few seconds (shark brand floor steamer). If you can get this thing to work good for you…….I certainly had nothing but problems with it and have since returned it to amazon.

Half of my house in tile floor and it cleans perfectly … It worked like magic on cooking with all grease spots etc … perfectly cleaned. My wife loves this product makes her life easy in kitchen cleaning. It is so light my 8yr old son loves to do it on floors(recommends parent supervision as it has hot steam).

I like all the options in one steamer. It works good for everything I need it to and you can fill the water compartment right away without worrying about getting splattered with hot steam. Good product overall!

This is a wonderful product. My kitchen floor is always clean now. I have 6 sets of sliding glass doors and the squeege window cleaner is absolutely effective at keeping them clean and streak free, it is so easy. I could not live without all the gadgets, they work so well. It took down all my wallpaper within minutes too. Just be careful of the water tank. There is no filter when you put the water in if particles get in (like wallpaper glue) it will clog it and break. So just be careful. It steams clothes and material in seconds too, on low.
Great product I cannot live without it.

Works very well. Will not replace your wet mop, soaps, surfactants, and heavy cleaning supplies. . . But is a good maintenance cleaner, and does some things better and quicker in many situations. Please note, anyone who expects that this machine will do miracles, try a priest. The infomercial garbage about a home steamer removing serious oven grime is pure nonsense. Real live steam from a commercial boiler is invisible and will slice through your arm like butter. . . This gadget ain’t that, but like I said it works well.
