The product is good. I needed it to go along with my steamfast press.

So far I’m satisfied with my Steam Fast Press. It does save some time from ironing. I can sit and work and watch TV.

It works like it’s supposed to work however the instructions were tucked inside between the pressing plates. I thought the velcro strap was just holding it together for shipping so I cut it. After I read the instructions I realized that the velcro was intented to secure the steam press to the stand. So now the strap is useless. I would recommend the manufacturer put the instructions in a more obvious place. And I hope the presses never slips off.

I wished I had read the reviews for this product before purchasing it. The stand works great for the press, but is too short if you want to stand. My husband built a wood box for the stand to sit on and now it is the perfect height. I do not understand why the stand cannot be adjusted. I rated this product low because of the height issue, otherwise good product.
